ABOUT THE FOUNDER
David E. Rembert is a follower of Jesus Christ. His passion and purpose in life is:
- To be faithful in using his spiritual gift of teaching.
- To help people grow in their knowledge and understanding of God.
- To help people enter into a personal relationship with God.
- To help people become faithful and fruitful followers of Jesus Christ.
- To enable people to be living evidence for God’s existence.
David left his secular career as an architect and manager within a Fortune-500 company in 1999 to more fully pursue his passion. Since then, he has served as an Associate Pastor for 2 years and a Senior Pastor for nearly 7 years. Today, David continues to pursue his passion from his home through his weekly devotional blog, writing books and his website ministries.
ABOUT LIVING EVIDENCE
Living Evidence provides evidence for the existence of God through His creation, through the life of His Son and the fulfillment of His Word (the Bible), and through the changed lives of His people. It presents Biblical creation, not some naturalistic process. It presents Jesus Christ as being preeminent in all things, not just prominent. It presents the Bible as truth, not just containing truth. It presents applications that are relevant for today empowered by the Spirit of God who takes the Word of God and transforms us into the people of God as living evidence for God's existence for His glory.
It is important to understand that the Bible notes and Bible studies on this website are not intended to be a commentary on the Bible in any sense of that term. They are devoid of any attempt to present a theological or technical commentary on the Bible. However, every effort has been made to provide a plain, straightforward interpretation of the Bible using accurate Biblical hermeneutics.
